Kim Burrell has lost many a fan and supporters following her controversial homophobic sermon days ago, and after it was announced this morning that she was being booted from her upcoming performance on “Ellen” things seem to be only getting worst for the gospel legend.
Well Kim found a bit of support in R&B singer Tamar Braxton, when Tamar took to social media to give her thoughts on the matter. Although Tamar says she in no way agrees with Kim’s views or supports them, she questioned why its so surprising to many to hear these views, as this is what is traditionally taught in the church.
Tamar’s post quickly rubbed many the wrong way, and she was slammed online, which prompted her to issue more follow up statements.
