Fans of singer, Tank were disheartened to hear from the singer that his next album, ‘R&B Money’ would be his last when he made the announcement last year.
Now the time has come, and the album is set to arrive this Friday (Aug. 19) and so the R&B crooner is officially kicking off the promo trail for the project which he says is the R&B album of the year.
On Tuesday, the DMV native stopped by ‘The Breakfast Club’ to dish with Charlamagne Tha God, DJ Envy, and soon-to-departed, Angela Yee. As fans know, Tank is known to make headlines and more headlines whenever he visits TBC.
The singer dished on the new album, the ongoing state of R&B and sales, losing his hearing, developing his new R&B record label which he says he wants to be the next LaFace Records, and his new R&B movie that he’s writing.
He also dished on his rankings of the greatest performers of all time, revealing that Michael Jackson is No. 1 while he puts Beyonce at No. 2 and says he believes Bey is a better singer/performer than Prince and dished on an awkward encounter he had with the legend. He also dished on a crazy moment with MJ and his monkey bubbles!
