The ‘Empire’ brand continues to get bigger and bigger and as it does so does the careers of its ensemble cast. Just days ahead of its bittersweet season 1 finale, word comes that yet another of the shows stars has landed a major label deal.
Following the likes of his on screen brother Jussie Smollett who plays Jamal Lyon, now Bryshere Gray (Hakeem Lyon) will be working on his first debut album. The rapper whose stage name is Yazz The Greatest revealed during a promo trek with his on screen siblings, that he has signed a deal and although he could not give up details, it was confirmed that Timbaland and Snoop Dogg have signed on for the project.
