Fresh off her BET Hip-Hop Awards performance, Trina stopped by ‘Tamron Hall’ to chat with the host about her new memoir, ‘Da Baddest.‘ She opened up in a candid conversation like never before.

The visit seemingly served as a therapy session, as the Hip-Hop Heavyweight got real and very emotional discussing how she’s still struggling with the loss of her mom, brother, and niece who all passed within the span of just a few years apart.

She also discussed the depression she faced as a result of the back-to-back losses, the miscarriage she suffered with her ex, Lil Wayne, and how meeting her husband helped her bounce back and work through all of the trauma.
