After a hearing in DC court which was delayed for several hours, Chris Brown finally was seen before a judge in the late afternoon hours Monday(October 28) for his felony assault charge. A judge reduced the sentence to a simple assault misdemeanor due to the “victims” injuries being very minor and Breezy and his bodyguard who aided in the altercation were released a little after 6:30PM. Brown was ordered to report to his California probation officer within 48 hours and to stay at least 100 yards away from the man he is accused of assaulting early Sunday. Both men must return to court on November 24.
