Cardi B became one of the new faces of PEPSI earlier this year when she landed her own Superbowl Halftime commercial. Now the GRAMMY-winning rap Quen has landed a new PEPSI spot just in time for the holidays.
On Thursday, the brand launched their brand new Holiday commercial starring Cardi. The visual titled “A Cardi Carol” was released to help promote “Gift it Forward with Pepsi,” the brand’s holiday campaign aimed at celebrating and encouraging the act of gifting cash.
The story starts off with a young Cardi and her sister Hennessy waiting up for Santa on Christmas Eve as children, only for him to not arrive to their home in the Bronx. From that moment, young Cardi makes a vow to gift people cash when she becomes older, which is where the festive clip picks up.
