For fans of Danity Kane, the release of their final album ‘DK3’ dropping this week and reaching no. 1 on the R&B charts was a major accomplishment which fueled hope in fans that the success of the project would motivate the girls to maybe just maybe give it one more try together.
Alas, that last glimmer of hope was crushed this morning when Dawn Richard took to Instagram to announce her new album ‘Blackheart’ will hit stores on January 15th and revealed its artwork as well (below).
The move will serve as a blow to those hopeful DK fans but is sure to excite supporters of Dawn’s solo ventures. To accompany the news Dawn also released a new video for her new single ‘Blow’. Check it out below.
