The status of TV One’s Atlanta based series R&B Divas has been in limbo for the past couple years. After three successful seasons the show was unofficially cancelled in 2014 following their reunion show.
It was reported that the shows star, Keke Wyatt decided to not return to the show and also cast mate Angie Stone quit during the actual reunion show. Keke reportedly landed her own spin off reality show and the producers had a hard time finding a replacement as entertaining as her.
Well now after two years, just weeks ahead of the arrival of her new album, Rated Love, Keke is finally opening up on what exactly happened to the show. The singer sat down with Team Curtains back in late January to dish on that and her new album. Get into her confirmation below where she also throws a little subtle shade at former cast mate and “friend” Syleena Johnson.
