Fans of The Real Housewives of Atlanta have tuned in weekly this season to keep up with all the antics of Kandi Burruss‘ outspoken Momma Joyce. Joyce continues to voice her opinion on Kandi’s relationship and things came to a head on the last episode during Kandi’s bridal dress fitting when Joyce almost came to blows with Kandi’s best friend who she accuses of having an affair with Todd.
During a recent stop at Watch What Happens Live promoting his new movie A Madea Christmas entertainment mogul Tyler Perry offered some advice to Momma Joyce courtesy of another outspoken woman of a particular age, Madea. Peep it below.
Well it looks as though Madea along with the millions of viewers who have voiced their displeasure with Joyce’s behavior via social media, or perhaps it was Kandi’s breakdown on Watch What Happens Live, have influenced her to change her ways. In an interview with Radar Online Joyce has said that although she still feels the same way about Todd she is waving the white flag and leaving Kandi to make her own decisions. “I’m out of it. Whatever Kandi does, it is completely her decision now. I wish her well. I just hope that this is the right choice for her,” said Momma Joyce, who continued airing what she thinks about her daughter’s significant other. “They have worn me down to the point where it has made me sick. I just don’t feel like Todd is the right choice. I think he’s manipulative…I’ve tried to shield my child, but i’m tired. I’m over it. I pray to God I’m wrong about him.”
A lot of people who worked for Kandi and I have told me that Todd and Carmon were acting like much more than friends around the house,” continued Momma Joyce concerning rumors of infidelity on Tucker’s part. “They may have squashed the relationship for now, but I truly believe they were doing things behind Kandi’s back at one point.
“I’ve confronted Kandi [about the cheating rumors] — but she’s still with Todd, so who knows. It’s her choice, and I wish her well.”
