After ranting and raving and protesting Kanye West may have finally gotten his wish. Yeezus has been shouting to the hill tops for months and telling Vogue editor-in-chief Anna Wintour to put his fiancée, Kim Kardashian, on the cover of the fashion bible. Last week he even interrupted Wintour during lunch to protest the idea that Lena Dunham was more deserving of a Vogue shoot than Kimmy. It was reported that Kanye was very upset over the cover snub.
“Kanye thinks that Kim has a much bigger fan base and appeal than Lena.
“To Kanye, it’s insulting that his friend Anna is still refusing to even consider putting Kim on the cover of Vogue. He thinks Anna is listening to a bunch of ‘know-nothing’ corporate haters, as he put it. He’s upset that Anna isn’t willing to do him this personal favor and put Kim on the cover.
“Kanye knows that it’s always been a huge dream of Kim’s to be on the Vogue cover and Kanye wants to make it comes true. If nothing else, Kanye is persistent.”
Well whatever he said apparently has worked and Wintour has caved in according to reports from Jazabel.com.
Alleged sources on the set confirmed to the site that Kim is on set in LA shooting today (February 3). No official word from Kim or Wintour but we will keep you posted as we are sure Kanye will be the first to share his good news!
