I told you just last night that Kenya Moore and Matt Jordan have called it quits just ahead of season 9 of Real Housewives of Atlanta, and now more shocking details have come out regarding exactly what happened.

As I mentioned in my previous post, Matt took to social media to take the blame for whatever it was that prompted their split, while Kenya has erased all signs of Matt from social media. Now TMZ has revealed that she had good reason to, as their breakup turned verbally and almost physically abusive. Via the outlet:

We’re told Kenya locked herself in their hotel room, but Matt got mad and “kicked the door in and broke it.”

When he got in, the argument got more heated — he repeatedly called her “bitch” and “c***” … according to our sources.

We’re told they actually flew back to Atlanta on the same flight, but Kenya changed their seats. Once they landed, Matt grabbed her luggage … and to avoid a scene, Kenya went back to her place in a separate car from Matt. But things blew up again when he showed up to her house and dumped her bag on the driveway, and that was it.

We’re told it never got physical, but Kenya was fed up with the verbal abuse … and pulled the plug on the relationship. We’ve reached out to Matt, but no word back yet.

Kenya also took to Instagram on Thursday, following the reports and basically confirmed that the report was true and things did become abusive. She has since deleted the post but check out a screenshot below.

We are glad Kenya got out of a potentially dangerous situation quickly! No man should ever put his hands on or verbally attack a woman.
