Around Town: Rihanna Hangs at The White House & In DC Before ‘Concert for Valor’

After popping up at the Mugler ball in NYC this weekend, Rihanna made her way down to the DMV to perform in the HBO Concert for Valor on Tuesday. The ‘Concert for Valor’ will air at 7PM EST tonight on HBO.
