Following the headline making video leak of an alleged altercation between Solange Knowles and her brother in law Jay Z during last week’s Met Gala in New York, the one in the middle of the mayhem Beyonce took to her Instagram days after the altercation posting a message that insinuates that there is trouble in her relationship.
Although the post doesn’t specifically call out her husband, many are questioning is there seemingly perfect marriage going through some turbulence. To add fuel to the fire Solange allegedly issued a tweet early Monday morning following the leak of the video and presumably addressed her issue with Jay.
The tweet alluded to what many speculated from watching the video, that Jay did something wrong and Solange was taking up for her sister. The alleged tweet was reportedly deleted. No word if there is any validity to Solo’s accusations that Jay hit Beyonce which prompted Solange’s attack or if the Tweet was even really issued by Solange.
Update 5/13: Solange’s rep tells TMZ, “I can confirm that Solange did not tweet that; that is not a real tweet.”
Now for damage control, the couple were just spotted on Monday evening sitting court side together at the Brooklyn Nets game. According to TMZ who also leaked the video, the couple didn’t get to their seats until the 2nd quarter. Once they sat down, they were smiling and acting like their usual couply selves … and even chatted it up with LeBron James like nothing was wrong.
So perhaps if Jay and Bey are putting up the united front could her Instagram “relationship” post been about she and her sister?? This might be the case as it is being reported that as of Monday evening Solange had deleted all of her pics with her sister. So many questions, but with the Carter/Knowles clan being so tight lipped we probably will never get the truth.
