The vocal bible was honored today (March 30, 2026) with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, recognizing her decades-long impact across music, television, and film. The ceremony took place on Hollywood Boulevard, where she reflected on her career and the significance of the moment, calling it a dream realized.
The event drew support from family, collaborators, and industry peers, including her brother Ray J, her daughter Sy’Rai Smith, Monica, Kehlani, Jennifer Lewis, Tisha Campbell, and more. Babyface, and Issa Rae were also in attendance to celebrate and present Brandy the milestone alongside fans and supporters.

The honor follows the launch of her Phases memoir book tour, which began the night before in Los Angeles. The opening event featured a live conversation moderated by Scott Evans, where Brandy discussed her personal journey, career milestones, and the inspiration behind the book.
The Los Angeles stop marked the first in a series of appearances tied to the release of Phases, as she connects with fans through conversations and signings centered on her life and career.
With the memoir rollout underway and her Hollywood Walk of Fame star now in place, Brandy enters a new phase that highlights both her legacy and continued presence in entertainment.
