Bruno Mars just reminded everyone why he’s that guy.
After days of online buzz, Bruno’s brand-new single “I Just Might” has officially debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 — marking a major career milestone and a powerful start to his next musical era.
While Bruno Mars is no stranger to chart-topping hits, the new single marks the first time in his career that a song has entered the Hot 100 directly at No. 1. With this debut, Bruno also earns his 10th overall No. 1 single of his career, further cementing his status as one of pop music’s most consistent hitmakers.
The comeback single had a monster opening week across the board, racking up over 23 million U.S. streams in its first tracking week with more than 32 million radio audience impressions.
That blend of streaming, sales, and radio was enough to send the track straight to the top of Billboard.
The single serves as the lead release from Bruno’s upcoming album The Romantic, slated to arrive later this year. The project marks his first solo studio album in nearly a decade and will coincide with his The Romantic world tour, which is already breaking records for ticket sales.
Kudos to Bruno!
