Well, it’s looking more and more like Cardi B will claim the #1 spot on the Billboard Hot 100, after a rapid climb the past six weeks, now Cardi has officially clocked the #3 spot on the coveted chart this week with her summer smash ‘Bodak Yellow’ on her seventh week on the chart.
Billboard made the announcement on Monday that the rapper has jumped from her #5 spot all the way to the top 3. This comes after Cardi also made history last week as the song is one of the biggest commercially successful and highest charted songs over the past decade for a female rapper.
Kudos Cardi, here comes that #1 spot.
