As I told you yesterday (July 30), Keshia Knight Pulliam took to her podcast on Friday night and for the first time, cleared up the long standing rumors regarding her relationship with former ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ star Lisa Wu, who is the ex wife of Keshia’s now estranged husband Ed Hartwell. She also of course discussed her trying week after it was announced that Ed was divorcing her after only being married a few months, and while she is currently pregnant.
Regarding Lisa, Keshia basically claims that not only did she not steal Ed from her “friend” Lisa, as many people believe, but that she also is not friends at all with Lisa and never will be. She claimed that they are strictly industry friendly, seeing each other at multiple events and taking pics was just business essentially. In case you missed it, here is what she said.
Lisa Wu and I have never, will never, be friends. I have no ill will for her, I don’t know her like that it was never a situation of stealing anyone’s husband. They were divorced many years before we even started dating and yes we live in Atlanta, it’s a small town. Have I run into her? Have I taken a picture with her? Absolutely, but I take pictures with people every day. And if you were categorized as friends with everyone you took a picture with, would that be accurate?
I just want to say that I have no desire to continue to be a part of that lie and to continue to be part of a false made up story line that puts me in a defamatory, derogatory light and I don’t have anything more to say about that. But my attorney will be dealing with that from a legal standpoint with TV One and that whole situation, Lisa Wu, so forth and so on. It’s very simple, no need to say my name, because I’m not a part of it. I respect her for being EJ’s mom because I love him dearly and our connection is that we’re going to have the same ex-husband and our children will be siblings, but beyond that, that’s all. I wish you the best, and I’m moving forward.
She went on to claim that she was going to take legal action against Lisa and TV One for what she claims is them using her as part of Lisa’s storyline on her current reality show ‘Hollywood Divas.’ Well now Lisa has clapped all the way back at Keshia and says not only did Keshia know her, she even asked her to be part of a show that she pitched years ago that didn’t get picked up. Not only that, she says Keshia has been trying to land a role on a reality show for years but was never interesting enough to do so. Get into her post below.
