Following her show stopping performance at the Billboard Music Awards just weeks ago where she became the first black woman to receive the ‘Icon Award,’ now Queen Janet Jackson is giving her fans something else to be ‘So Excited’ about.
On Wednesday, Jan took to social media to share a snap of her currently in Los Angeles, where she is recording new music, presumably for her new album. The new release would be the follow up to 2015’s ‘Unbreakable.’ Janet recently teased her new music during her interview with Billboard Magazine, but didn’t give away much detail.
Fans can also expect to see Janet shut down the Essence Festival among other performances this summer where she is headlining including the return of her highly acclaimed ‘State of The World Tour.’ Certainly an exciting time to be part of the Jan Fam. Get into the snap below.
