Fans of the hit reality shows ‘R&B Divas’ on TVOne and ‘Love & Hip Hop’ on VH1 will be excited to know that both franchises are looking to expand and add different cities to their rosters! Faith Evans and the folks at TVOne and Mona Scott Young & VH1 are taking notes out of Andy Cohen‘s ‘Real Housewives’ book!
Reports are saying that ‘R&B Divas: New York’ is currently in the works and possible leading ladies for the cast have been revealed. The alleged cast is as follows: Miss Jones, Cassandra Lucas from Changing Faces, Pamela Long from Total, N’Dea Davenport of Brand New Heavies Truth Hurts and Vivian Green. Hmm , interesting lineup. Although its been rumored that Truth Hurts was a bit of a ‘diva’ for real, so she might make for good TV. Former singer and radio personality Miss Jones DEFINITELY is known for her tell it like it is, hard hitting attitude. It’s also no secret that she has a long standing beef with Wendy Williams so with Wendy being the resident host for their reunion shows is enough reason to watch to see how they interact.
Over on VH1 ‘Love & Hip Hop’ is branching out to LA which is confirmed as we reported HERE, and now Houston, and New Orleans allegedly. Over in LA, Ray J and Teairra Mari will allegedly be leading the cast lineup. For Houston, Slim Thug and Letoya Luckett are the rumored front runners, although not confirmed. No names have been tossed around for the NOLA cast as of yet.
