The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame has officially revealed its 2026 nominees — and the ballot spans rock, R&B, hip-hop, pop, and global icons.
The 17 nominees are: Mariah Carey, Lauryn Hill, Luther Vandross, Wu-Tang Clan, New Edition, Sade, Shakira, P!nk, Phil Collins, Oasis, Iron Maiden, Billy Idol, Melissa Etheridge, The Black Crowes, INXS, Joy Division / New Order, and Jeff Buckley.
Artists become eligible 25 years after their first commercial release. Over 1,000 artists, historians, and music industry professionals will vote, and fans can cast ballots online — with the top fan selections counting as one official vote.
The Class of 2026 will be announced this spring, with the induction ceremony set to take place later this year in Cleveland.
