Following a days-long rant from Nicki Minaj, singer SZA is now responding to the rapper.
The drama kicked off earlier this week when Minaj accused Punch, who is the president of SZA’s label, Top Dawg Entertainment (TDE), of bullying her on Twitter.
Around the same time, SZA tweeted, “Mercury retrograde… don’t take the bait lol silly goose,” which Minaj interpreted as a direct response to her earlier comments about Punch.

Minaj then unleashed a lengthy stream of insults aimed at SZA, questioning her success, vocal ability, and appearance, while implying that the music industry wouldn’t miss her if she disappeared.
After Minaj’s rants continued, SZA took to social media to clarify that her tweet was not directed at Nicki and had nothing to do with her.
SZA responded with a screenshot of a past convo between the two, revealing that she believes Minaj’s attacks on her were due to collaboration requests from Nicki that SZA ignored
She also took time to defend herself against Nicki’s insults before ultimately bowing out of the drama.
