We showed you HERE back in October all the mayhem as Chris Brown left the DC Courthouse after spending the weekend in jail for allegedly assaulting a young man outside of the W Hotel where Chris was staying.
At the time the charge was reduced to a simple assault misdemeanor due to the victims injuries being minor but Chris was set to return to court today (Jan 8).
In a hearing that only lasted about 10 minutes Chris rejected a plea deal for he and his bodyguard for the simple assault charge. Chris is expected to return to court in February 20.
