Janet Jackson has always been vocal during times of social injustice and some of the major events and tragedies to occur over the past few decades while using her music and videos to do so. On Tuesday, June 14 the singer shared a video tribute to the victims and families of the victims of Sunday’s horrible Orlando, FL massacre.
Youtuber Lamont Hicks posted the tribute initially using Jan’s politically conscious single “Shoulda Known Better” from her 2015 album Unbreakable. Janet herself then shared the video on Twitter with her own message of remembrance.
