Bobby Brown is breaking his silence on the status of his daughter Bobbi Kristina. It was reported that Bobby immediately flew from LA to Atlanta courtesy of Tyler Perry, and the two have been with her by her bedside all weekend.
There are multiple reports and speculation on the status of Bobbi including reports that her brain functionality has “significantly diminished” and her brain activity is ‘alarmingly low’. Without confirming these reports or providing too much detail her father Bobby issued the following statement:
“Privacy is requested in this matter,” Bobby said in a statement to E! News. “Please allow for my family to deal with this matter and give my daughter the love and support she needs at this time.”
“The report that Bobbi Kristina Brown has been taken to the hospital in Atlanta, Georgia is accurate,” his lawyer said. “No additional information will be forthcoming.”
Meanwhile ET is reporting that the family has been advised by the doctors to prepare for the worst and are allegedly in talks to make funeral arrangements:
A source close to the family tells ET that her father Bobby Brown, husband Nick Gordon and others have been advised to prepare for the worst and that the longer the 21-year-old remains in the coma, the more likely it will be that she will not regain consciousness. They are praying for her recovery but have also started to discuss how they would handle funeral arrangements.
