Just this past weekend I found myself catching up on old seasons of ‘Basketball Wives’ and for good or bad I miss the show, but even more I missed seeing former BFF’s Jennifer Williams and Evelyn Lozada ride or die for each other on screen. As documented on the show, the two fell out during season 3 when Evelyn began to date NFL player Chad Ochocinco, which resulted in an infamous interview where Jen called Chad an “attention whore” and she advised her pal Ev not to go down the same road she had been before with bad guys.
Things progressed into season 4 of the show, and reached their breaking point and the demise of the friendship played out for viewers. Jennifer ultimately would leave the show and not return for season 5, and the two have gone on to do pursue their respective endeavors as the friendship remained strained even after it appeared that they had made up and planned to move forward at the conclusion of the season 4 reunion taping (pictured above).
Fast forward to Sunday, Ev took to Twitter to reveal a very heart warming moment that has many wondering if a potential reconciliation is in the works
Following the tweet, Ev’s fans began to encourage her to reach out to Jen and make it happen to which Ev agreed!
On Monday Jennifer tweeted the following which has many alluding that her message was suggesting that she has moved on
However it’s clear that these two once had a bond that was unbreakable and with or without the cameras and show, many would love to see a resolve and rebirth of a new friendship. Clearly wiser, older and with time passed these two can have an intimate talk and figure things out!! I for one will always be #TeamEVandJen together!!
