Ciara & Russell Wilson WIN Halloween 2020 with Janet Jackson & Busta Rhymes 'What's It Gonna Be' Video Costume

Ciara has been working overtime to deliver for Halloween this year.

She kicked it off by paying homage to female rappers Cardi B, Nicki Minaj, and Megan Thee Stallion by recreating some of their past looks and album covers.

Well, on Saturday she and hubby Russell Wilson officially WON Halloween 2020 with a Janet Jackson and Busta Rhymes costume straight from their 1999 hit ‘What’s It Gonna Be?‘

They even did a brief remake of the video.
