Athlete and artist, Dylan Gonzalez dropped a major bombshell at the end of 2021 when she tweeted on NYE that singer, Trey Songz “is a rapist” but didn’t provide further details. She teased that more info would come in 2022.

Well, here we are less than two weeks into the new year and Gonzalez is speaking out again with more detail claiming that the ‘Invented Sex’ performer raped her at a hotel in Las Vegas allegedly.
Gonzalez took to social media on Tuesday (Jan. 11) to issue an official statement with more detail, and encouraged others who have been the victims of sexual assault and abuse to come forward.
“With what seems like endlessly recurring news of the alleged sexually assaults committed by Trey Songz, I am forced to repeatedly relive in my mind, and suffer anew, the long-supressed horror and unbearable PTSD of my rape by his very hands at a well known Las Vegas hotel.
I want to send my love, strength, and hope to all who are victims of sexual assault and its fatal nature. You are not alone.
I stand with you and encourage all those who have suffered abuse to speak out and come forward. Suppression of our voices only emboldens our oppressors, and you cannot heal what you do not reveal.
At this time, I humbly request my privacy, consideration, and compassion while I fully commit to pursue the best course of action and all of my legal options.”

Trey is not going down without a fight though as the singer’s team has clapped back with a statement directly to TMZ revealing that they will be fighting these accusations legally.
Dylan Gonzalez is accusing Trey of raping her in what she calls a “well known” Las Vegas hotel and says she’s weighing her legal options. A source close to Dylan tells us the incident happened several years ago.
But a rep for Trey tells TMZ … “Trey and his team are confident in the legal process and that there will be an abundance of exonerating information to come over the next few weeks.”
Dylan’s legal team, attorneys Ariel Mitchell and George Vrabeck, tell TMZ … they will consider pursuing any and all legal avenues and will take action in the next few weeks, with plans for filing a civil suit. They do not mention anything about filing a police report or criminal charges.
Dylan has a few singles out and got into music after starring on the UNLV women’s basketball team.
Trey is already being investigated for a separate alleged sexual assault in Vegas … as we first told you, that alleged incident went down at The Cosmopolitan.

Outside of his team’s statement, Trey has remained relatively low-key and quiet on the matter. He’s been radio silent on social media with his last post celebrating the holidays with his family.
