Evelyn Lozada has been alluding for some time now that she would be returning to reality TV and it looks like it will finally happen. Following her departure from ‘Bastketball Wives’ Ev was slated to have her own BBW spin off on VH1 that would center around her then engagement and marriage to Chad Ochocinco Johnson. Due to the unfortunate events that transpired the series was scraped by the network and never saw the light of day.
Now that Ev has moved on with her life and given birth to her son Carl Leo, it looks like she will be headed back to our screens according to reports.
Following Ev confirming herself that she was offered a spot of ‘Basketball Wives: LA’ but turned it down weeks ago, it is officially confirmed today (March 25). that she has landed her own series
Lozada spent 5 seasons on “Basketball Wives” before taking a hiatus from reality … but now she’s hooked up with Oprah Winfrey’s OWN Network as star and exec producer of “Evelyn” (working title).
Sources connected to the show say the series will focus on Evelyn’s relationship with MLB superstar and baller Carl Crawford– and raising their 1-year-old son … while already being a parent to a smokin’ hot 21-year-old daughter, Shaniece.
Ev took to Twitter to confirm the news and instantly became flooded with responses of joy from her fans who are excited to see the new chapter in her life.
