Fans of Joanne The Scammer who can’t get enough of the messy, and crafty bitch, will be getting their scammer fixation fulfilled even more. The viral internet sensation has just landed her own TV show.

Branden Miller, the force behind Joanne, is teaming up with comedian andĀ Brooklyn Nine-NineĀ actress Chelsea Peretti to bring his beloved online character to the small screen. Peretti will act as executive producer for the project, which will be spearheaded by production company Super Deluxe. They have all previously worked together on a short, inĀ which Joanne broke into Perettiās āCaucasian home,āĀ so the collaboration shouldnāt come as a surprise. The series will be written by Joe Mande, who has previously penned for shows likeĀ Parks and RecreationĀ andĀ Master of None.
āIf you know Joanne on Instagram, there are little snippets of her life,ā Miller told Janet Mock in July while appearingĀ on her podcast. āInstagram gives you one minute of that, the show will give you the whole storyline.ā While this doesnāt tell us too much about the plot of the show, we can rest assured that it will live up to our pettiest dreams.
No network has picked up the series yet, but we’re positive they will come knocking soon.
