Rihanna is certainly keeping her fans on edge and being very mum around the details of her upcoming eighth studio album which has been tentatively dubbed ‘R8’. The singer has been slowly dropping nuggets, this week a snippet of a new song, which may or may not be the first single. Then the singer took to Twitter to let fans know that any news related to the album would come from her mouth to their ears. However, it looks like the album has reportedly landed a release date before the end of the year as previously reported.
Play.com has provided a pre-order link for the album with a release date of December 25th and ship date of December 26. The site has made the project’s deluxe edition available to pre-order for £13.98 ($21.85). No track list, official title, cover or other details have been unveiled. This has not been confirmed by Riri or her team but we if this is true, this could possibly mark her biggest sales week to date with the anticipation so high and Christmas day being the perfect time to get attention on the project, this could be a major deal for Ri and her navy.
