Summer is just arriving but viewers are already anxious for the fall TV lineup. Today came word of the new Shonda Rhimes crafted series following in the footsteps of ‘Scandal’ but ABC isn’t the only network with some gems on their hands. There have been shots leaked online from the set of the new FOX scripted action/drama series ‘Gotham’ and now comes the full super exciting trailer for the show.
Based on the origins of Gotham city long before Batman appears in Gotham, the show revolves around the character James Gordon who fans would later come to know as Commissioner Gordon. Set years before the Batman, and the super criminals such as The Joker, Catwoman grace the city, Gotham is plagued by vigilantes and common criminals and a young detective Gordon takes on the mean streets all on his own to clean up his beloved town. The show will feature the younger characters of Bruce Wayne/Batman, The Riddler, Poison Ivy, Joker and more.
