Activist, media correspondent and author Janet Mock stopped by ‘The Breakfast Club‘ this week and delivered an honest, open and all around amazing interview as she discussed her life as a black trans woman.
Janet came to discuss her new book ‘Surpassing Certainty,’ and used the time to educate listeners on her journey of self discovery as transgender, battles with her father over her gender identity, her surgeries, using the correct language, and so much more. She also dished on her thoughts of Caitlyn Jenner and the role she plays in the trans community, and her feelings on Cait are quite interesting.
