Teyana Taylor is taking it back to the 90’s and giving Hype Williams vibes in the visual for her new single ‘HYWI‘ (feat. King Combs) that just arrived on Friday(Aug 2).
The new single samples the classic Mase single ‘Tell Me What You Want‘ (feat. Total) and the video follows suit by paying homage to some of the classic R&B and Hip Hip videos of the mid to late 90’s (many that Hype Williams directed).
The clip (which Teyana directed herself) even includes the epic and long gone “fish-eye” tunnel that was a staple in practically every video from that era.
No word on if the track is from the follow up to her 2018 album ‘KTSE’ but get into the new music below.
