As previously reported earlier this week, Nicki Minaj‘s new album ‘Queen‘ was on course to losing the top spot on Billboard to Travis Scott and his new album ‘Astroworld‘ which arrived a whole week before Nicki’s.

The album spent it’s second week on the chart battling it out for the top spot and ultimately won, as Travis dominated in sales totals while Nicki brought in the lowest first week sales of her career.

Travis Scott’s second-week number was in fact big enough to keep Nicki Minaj from debuting at #1 on our Top 50 Chart. The widely applauded Cactus Jack/Grand Hustle/Epic set, Astroworld, which earned the year’s second biggest bow (with 553k) last week, tacks on an additional 223k. Meanwhile, YMCMB/Republic’s Minaj makes her entrance at #2, scoring 190k with fourth studio album Queen.

Congrats to Travis.
