Cardi B made major headlines earlier this year when she inked a multi-million dollar deal with Atlantic Records, and now another feisty female MC has landed a new deal with several commas and zeros.

According to reports, Grammy nominated and BET Awards ‘Best Female Hip Hop Artist’ winner, Remy Ma has now signed her own multi-million dollar deal. The news comes just hours ahead of Remy’s return to ‘Love & Hip Hop‘ which returns to VH1 tonight.

For her first solo music release since her prison bid, Remy has signed a multi-million dollar record deal with Columbia Records. After a competitive bidding war between labels, Sony managed to secure the deal to release Remy’s first solo album since lock up.

The new release will also be Remy’s first music since her Grammy award-winning collab with Fat Joe.

Remy is hard at work on the release of her second solo album, ‘Seven Winters, Six Summers‘ and an upcoming collaboration with fellow NYC native, Lil Kim. It’s a fine time to be a female MC, we’re excited. Stay tuned.

More details on Rem’s deal and upcoming video/single with Kim have been unveiled, get in HERE.
