As previously reported, Shonda Rhimes is closing out her hit series ‘Scandal‘ with its seventh and final season this fall. As fans anxiously await the shows return, and wonder how Olivia Pope and co. will go out with a bang, we now have more detail on when we can expect the show to return.
According to reports, the series will return on October 5th at 9pm, and will have a whopping 18 episodes to keep fans satisfied until the end. The series will premiere just one week after ‘Grey’s Anatomy’ and ‘How To Get Away With Murder,’ to complete ABC’s TGIT (Thank God It’s Thursday) lineup.
