Joseline Hernandez is returning to the franchise that helped make her a reality television star.
The former Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta cast member has indicated on Instagram that she will be part of Love & Hip Hop: The Final Chapter, VH1’s upcoming six-part limited series celebrating the franchise’s 15-year run. Hernandez recently referenced the show on her Instagram page, writing that she will carry Love & Hip Hop Atlanta “in my heart” as the franchise prepares to close out its run.
VH1 officially announced The Final Chapter in May. The six-part event series will premiere this fall and feature new interviews with cast members representing Love & Hip Hop: New York, Atlanta, Hollywood and Miami, along with producers, executives, journalists and cultural commentators. The retrospective will revisit the franchise’s biggest stars and storylines, behind-the-scenes history, controversies and overall impact on reality television and pop culture.
Hernandez became one of the defining personalities of Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta after joining the series during its inaugural season in 2012. Her complicated personal and professional relationship with Stevie J, including their highly publicized conflicts with Mimi Faust, became one of the show’s central storylines.
She remained a main cast member through Season 6 before leaving the Atlanta series in 2017 following a contentious reunion taping and reported tensions with producers and franchise creator Mona Scott-Young. Hernandez later returned to the franchise for Love & Hip Hop: Miami in 2020 before continuing her reality television career with her own Zeus series, Joseline’s Cabaret.
Her involvement in The Final Chapter brings one of the franchise’s most recognizable original Atlanta personalities back as producers look back at the people and moments that shaped Love & Hip Hop.
VH1 has not yet announced an exact premiere date or the complete lineup of returning cast members for the six-part series. Love & Hip Hop: The Final Chapter is scheduled to premiere in fall 2026.
