Love it, hate it or simply, meh, last night’s Grammy red carpet saw a plethora of daring fashions.
Hello, Ciara! The red carpet ruler stood out amongst the rest rocking a black ruffled Alexandre Vauthier dress paired with black sky-high Christian Louboutins. Not to be outdone, Kim Kardashian-West, styled by hubby Yeezy, didn’t disappoint as she oozed sexy in a gold, sequin Jean Paul Gaultier dress that complimented her curvy figure. Bajan beauty Rihanna served up a doze of pink perfection in a two-tiered Giambattista Valli gown that quickly garnered memes all over social media. She’s a fashion trailblazer, who never lets up down, so her look gets a thumbs up from us! The one questionable look of the night came from icon Madonna, who’s look was very reminiscent of her Take A Bow video. Good for a video, but not a red carpet.
Other notables from last night’s show was pop princess Taylor Swift, Nicki Minaj, Beyonce, Sia, Katy Perry (love the purple hair) and Ariana Grande. Hollywood royalty Jane Fonda gets a special mention simply for being a woman of advanced age and rocking the hell out of that emerald green Balmian look!
