‘The Real Housewives of Potomac‘ season 7 is officially underway!
There have been whispers that filming was to begin in a matter of weeks but we now know first hand that it has officially begun.
We had the privilege of attending the ‘Femme It Foward’ tour where Candiace Dillard Bassett was the opening act for Mya, SWV, and Faith Evans last weekend in the DMV. Upon entering, there was signage that stated that filming of the show was taking place.
Now, it’s being teased that season 6 newbie Mia Thornton is filming, despite previously alluding that she planned to depart the show following last year’s reunion.
The news came via Mia’s makeup artist who took to IG on Thursday (March 25) to share a video of her glammed up getting ready to film with the caption”🌹Guess who’s baaack 🌺🌸🌷.” He added more fuel to the flame by jumping in the comments that fans should “buckle up” for season 7.
The news of her return comes just weeks after Mia revealed that she has been undergoing treatment for a form of cancer.
No word on when RHOP is expected to return but fans can check out Karen Huger‘s new spinoff series ‘The Real Housewives of Potomac: Karen’s Grande Dame Reunion’ premiering Sunday, April 17, at 8 p.m. on Bravo.
