It’s been some time since we have done a Throwback Thursday here at JJC but I’ve been inspired to post someone who has been getting major spins on my playlist this week, well all my life but a lot more this week.
Cece Peniston is one of the 90’s biggest artists and her material is a staple in many clubs still to this day. Today’s TBT is her 1992 mega hit ‘Keep on Walking’ which was the third single from her 1992 debut album ‘Finally’.
The R&B/Dance track was also her third number one on the Billboard Hot Dance Music/Club Play chart. In addition, the single peaked at number three on the US R&B chart, number fifteen on the Hot 100, and number ten in the UK according to Wikipedia.
