As fans of Queen Bee, Lil Kim await her highly anticipated and long overdue studio album due this year, just in time for Throwback Thursday we are taking it back to one of her hottest verses.
The clip comes via the Lil’ Cease led single ‘Play Around‘ from his 1999 solo debut album. Though the album came with little to no success for Cease, Kim’s appearance on the song helped propel the track to the top 10 of the Billboard Hot Rap Singles charts that year.
The song was also infamous for Kim’s alleged shots at nemesis Foxy Brown as their feud was reaching boiling points around this time. Get into the throwback below.
