Watch: August Alsina Announces Title of His Sophomore Album & Reveals He Has Earned His 4th Gold Single

August Alsina has been building the hype for his upcoming sophomore album by dropping the hot singles ‘Hip Hop’ and most recently ‘Why I Do It’ (feat. Lil Wayne). Well now the New Orleans bred crooner has announced the official title for the project that will house both of those tracks.

This week the singer shared footage of himself in the studio alongside DJ Khaled as they discussed the new album “This Thing Called Life” which is due in November and in the clip, Khaled gives his feedback on the project.

Although he is moving on to the second project, August is still cleaning up from his debut album “Testimony” as he announced that the album cut “Numb” has now been certified GOLD.
