It’s almost time for ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’s new season to start up so that means the ladies will begin making their promo rounds in support of the show. This week following the news that she received a generous increase to her salary for the show, Nene Leakes stopped by ‘Access Hollywood’ to chat about the salary rumors and all things RHOA.
Although Nene would not give the number, she says that she did receive a raise however the number that has been reported is totally wrong, and insinuated that the number 1.5 million is lower than what she received.
“That doesn’t sound serious enough for an old girl like me. So, the number is wrong,” she said. “The number isn’t right. It’s wrong. It is a very wrong number.”
She also talked about the demotion of Porsha Williams, and the addition of Claudia Jordan who she based on the trailers and her response, she doesn’t get along with.
“Some of the girls are not Georgia peaches and the show is called the ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta,’ Georgia,”
“Porsha is a real Georgia peach,” said NeNe. “She’s a friend to the show. I like Porsha. I think Porsha’s sweet. I don’t think Porsha’ an evil person, and we do have evil people on the show.”
