Watch: Stevie J Arrested For Owing A Whopping $1 Million In Back Child Support

It’s just a few days until Father’s Day and Stevie J got an early present, a visit from the authorities and a nice trip to the slammer. The ‘Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta’ star was arrested for owing a fortune in child support. According to TMZ:

Here’s what landed Stevie J behind bars. He and his live-in GF had a kid in ’97 and ’98. In ’99 Stevie was ordered to pay around $6,600 a month in child support, which eventually was raised to $8500K.

According to the criminal complaint, Stevie J stopped paying in 2001 — he’s never paid a cent since then. So now the tab is a whopping $1,107,412.

Cops nabbed Stevie J in Georgia (check out the video). He’ll probably bail out soon but then has to face criminal charges in NYC.

Stevie might want to consider taking a page out of Mimi and Nikko’s playbook and getting on camera and doing something strange for some change. Everyone knows Stevie hasn’t had a hit song in forever, but we’re sure the masses would indulge in a Stevie J/Joseline Hernandez sex tape!
