Tionne ‘T-Boz’ Watkins visited ‘The Breakfast Club‘ this week solo to dish on her new autobiography, and her upbringing and struggles with sickle cell disease. The singer opened up on some stories which are detailed in her book, which she has never told before. One of those stories was about doctors telling her and her mom at 7 years old, that she would not live a long life and would die before 30. She then details the miracles that have happened in her life after being told that.

She also gave some juicy tidbits on a blow up she had with producer Sean ‘Puffy’ Combs in the studio, a time when Aretha Franklin shaded her in front of an audience full of people and she almost cursed her out. She also talked about her short temper when she was younger which caused her to get sued a few times. Get into it all below.
