Fans of Hip Hop Royal, Lil’ Kim have been waiting for over a decade for a new album from the Queen Bee, but Kim apparently has more dire matters to deal with as she has reportedly filed for chapter 13 bankruptcy last month.
According to reports and official legal documents, Kim is $4 million in debt as she owes $2 million on a loan for her NJ home and $1,845,451.74 in unpaid taxes, as well as $186k for legal bills.
She’s offered to pay $5,500 a month to a creditor to sort it all out but the request reportedly has not been accepted. There is a hearing scheduled for July to sort out the details.
On the music front, Kim is slated to drop the visual for her current single ‘Spicy‘ (feat. Fabolous) in the coming days and released a teaser just hours ago.
