Pop force Britney Spears sent fans into a frenzy when she shared the following snap of her on set of her new music video on Instagram today with the caption #WorkBitch followed by the tweet “Hot day on set… 😉 A little dirty, little flirty, danced my ASS off. Stoked for tomorrow!”
Spears who will be starting her residency for her new Las Vegas show this year, is also gearing up to release her 8th studio album. Currently there is a countdown on all her social networks, which runs out on September 17, the same day she is confirmed to perform on ‘Good Morning America’. We are assuming this will be the official debut performance of her new single. Stay tuned!
In other Britney news, Simon Cowell appeared on The Ellen DeGeneres Show and spoke about Spears’ abrupt exit from X-Factor after only one season. Simon seemingly admitted that they only wanted Spears for her star power but that it was definitely not a good choice:
“I think if I’m being honest with you, Ellen, there was a time I think everyone was trying to up themselves in terms of who could find the biggest known star to be on a panel,’ “Jennifer Lopez and the other one on The Voice… I can’t remember. Blondie. Christina. And we said, ‘We’ll take Britney’. She was fine, but I think she found it very uncomfortable .”‘I kind of booked someone who couldn’t talk, which is a bit of a problem when you want someone to judge.
