Despite the fact that ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians‘ was renewed for the next three-four seasons in 2015, new reports are suggesting that the family is over the show and ready to move on.
The rumors broke last week that Kourtney Kardashian was the main one who wanted to give the reality show cameras a break and even admitted to it HERE. Well now its being reported that she isn’t the only one who wants to give the show a back seat. Via unconfirmed reports from Hollywood Life:
“Kris [Jenner] is absolutely desperate to save [Keeping Up With the Kardashians],” despite its recent ratings decline, a source told Star magazine. “But she can’t do that without her kids, and hardly anyone else in the family wants to keep doing [the show]. They’ve got their own lives and don’t want to air their feuds anymore. Kris feels they’re betraying her, and it’s led to some huge fights.”
Can you believe it? Half of the Kardashians want to leave KUWTK, especially Kim. But that has a lot to do with Kanye West‘s influence. Kanye has reportedly been pressuring Kim to leave the show for years. “It’s no secret that Kanye never wanted to be involved in the show and feels it’s time for Kim to bail. He doesn’t see any reason to keeping caving in to Kris’ demands. Kanye thinks Kim is leaps and bounds above reality TV and needs to focus on bigger things, whether it’s more apps like Kimoji or her own fashion line,” a source told the magazine.
Another person who isn’t into doing the show anymore is Rob. “Rob hated doing the show and would be perfectly happy if it all ended,” the source said.
And believe it or not, Kylie and Kendall Jenner are also reportedly over it. “Kendall’s got her modeling career, and Kylie would rather focus on her lipstick and cosmetics lines. They don’t need the show to survive.”
The only person willing to stick it out is Khloe, who believes fans will be interested in learning more about her weight loss and self-help journey. But the source believes Khloe can’t carry the show alone, which is why Kris is absolutely freaking out.
As a fan of the show, I must say its been pretty intresting lately seeing the drama between Rob, his fiancee Blac Chyna and his sisters play out. Its also cool to see Kanye and Kim and their family time on the show, so I’m not quit ready for the show to be over…what about you?
