From the moment we heard Big Freedia kick off the opening of Beyonce‘s single “Formation” when it was released earlier this year, we instantly couldn’t wait to see the New Orleans bred “Queen of Bounce,” hit the stage to deliver a live performance or two with Queen Bey.
Fans at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans on the Saturday (Sept. 24) showing of the “Formation World Tour” were pleasantly surprised when Freedia hit the stage in her hometown, to perform the track with Bey for the very first time. Get into the intro of the song below.
