Tamar Braxton has had a rough year, to say the least, and while fans have been concerned about her well being, they also have been longing for new music from the singer.
Tamar has been pretty low-key since recovering from her suicide attempt earlier this year and departing from WeTV and her obligations on ‘Braxton Family Values‘ and her spin-off ‘Get Ya Life‘ a few months ago.
Just last month she gave her first tell-all interview since the suicide attempt, with Tamron Hall to open up about it all.
On Wednesday night, the singer who has been relatively active on Twitter recently was quizzed by a fan on the status of new music, and Tamar gave an honest and interesting response.
Tamar revealed that for fans who are waiting for new music, she does indeed have it–but don’t expect to hear it anytime soon, at least not for now.
Get into her reasons below.
I’m making music. Have too. I’m too hurt, too angry & in love all at the same time to let that energy just sit. its entirely from my soul. But, I’ll be damn to let it go so y’all can criticize it & pick it apart & say how”aiight” it is. & don’t buy it. Ion know about a release 💔 https://t.co/ilzd1q8bpD

It’s too risky to be that transparent 😪😩😂😂 thank you for mentioning me at the interview and always supporting me. I’m so grateful. But as for now, I’m just too raw. We will see what God says💔💔🙏🏼✨ https://t.co/ilzd1q8bpD

She has a valid point!
If Tamar released new music, would you support? and purchase the music?
In the meantime, fans can keep up with Tamar via her new Podcast which she just launched recently.
